Referral Procedure
Any referrals must fit one of the following criteria:
- Individals/families that have tenancy issues – for example, repairs, rent problems, etc.
- Individuals/families that need cultural and/or emotional support, counselling and advice
- Individuals/families that need advice about benefit claims and form filling
- Individuals/families that need to develop their socal skills and need support to find and establish social contacts and activities in order to integrate into the community
- Individuals/families who have been racially harassed
- Refugee and asylum seekers
- Individuals who want to improve their quality of life and mean to do this by improving job prospects for example by enrolling on a college course
