Staff Development

We are immensely grateful to our current staff who continually offer a quality service to such a wide range of clients. We would also like to say a huge thanks to all our previous staff, without whom we wouldn’t have achieved such success! It’s incredible to think that we’ve grown from 4 staff in 2000 to 6 staff in 2006 and now 52 in 2010.

We’ve always considered staff development to be an important agenda to CCA and actively assess staff needs on a regular basis. As part of this, staff have received training in such varied areas as: IAG, Health and Safety, Leadership, Sexual Health, Social Care, Equality and Diversity, Mental Health and Business Administration.
